Covenants.
The Board has appointed an ad hoc Committee to review a draft of revised covenants that could help us entice some current non-members to join our HOA, and protect our property values via some design standards. The Board hopes to hear back from this committee in early 2012, and will then hold Town Hall meetings to hear directly from you.
